Who are we?
For many years, Ustopcc.org has been committed to the promotion of American community colleges. We have supported the transfer concept while providing professional services. We are authorized by the community colleges and can exchange directly with the school's official application platform. Ustopcc.org brings together the most professional, most authoritative and most comprehensive American community college application information. It is the first to introduce American community colleges, transfer options and a support platform to mainland China. Ustopcc.org is designed to maximize Chinese students’ and parents’ knowledge of U.S. community colleges and ultimately to promote international education exchange.
U.S. Community Colleges and the corresponding system of university transfer admission are unique to the United States. Current US President, Barack Obama, stressed that U.S. community colleges is "America's Best Kept Secret". In January 2015, Obama introduced a policy offering local community college students free tuition such that community college education might become as universal as high school education.
For international students, and especially for aspiring Chinese US exchange students, both community colleges and direct transferring introduce a new way to join the US educated elite. In contrast with direct enrollment in four-year universities, starting at a community college allows for unique advantages with similar results as students who directly enroll in four-year universities. Since the United States first opened visa applications in 2007, the first community college students studying in America have successfully transferred and graduated from four-year universities, or have otherwise continued their studies or work without issues. These are practical examples that prove how smooth the process of community college transferring really is.
